October has arrived, which means many of us will be returning to Trilogy. I am very excited to get back and see everyone. I wanted to remind you, that the new format of two meeting per season starts this November.
Here are the details. The date is Saturday, November 16th, 2024. The meeting starts at 4:00 in the multi-purpose room. Followed by a catered dinner in the cafe at 5:00. The cost of the dinner for members, including social members is $15. For non members it is $22. Please drop off your check before 5:00 pm on Friday, November 8th in the tennis mail box, located in the club house, or to Corey. Make it payable to Trilogy at Power Ranch. In the memo section please note "dinner". I need to give final numbers to the caterer by this cut off time.
The menu is as follows:
Brisket with dipping sauces
Smoked chicken thighs
Mac & Cheese
Watermelon and cucumber salad with feta
Dessert
There will be a vegetarian option of grilled seasonal vegetables and rice instead of the brisket and chicken. If you wish for this option, please email me at missjulieharris@gmail.com
Our second meeting, is our Annual meeting and will be on Tuesday, March 25th, 2025. Save the Date! We have something different planned.
